Chayton Gearhart is a Project Manager at Ideal Strategic Partners (ISP), where he guides founders through the product development process—from idea validation and design-for-manufacturability to operational execution and go-to-market strategy. With a business management degree from Cedarville University and firsthand experience founding and leading two startups, Chayton brings both entrepreneurial empathy and structured project discipline to ISP’s portfolio companies.

His background in company operations and the professional touring music industry gives him a unique perspective on managing complex projects, coordinating teams, and keeping deliverables on track. At ISP, Chayton combines this operational rigor with a genuine, relationship-first approach—ensuring founders have the resources, accountability, and support needed to bring innovative products to market.

Outside of ISP, Chayton enjoys playing music, working out, traveling, drinking coffee, and serving in his church community.
