Justice Roshala currently serves as Partner Recruitment Associate. He works with prospective portfolio partners of ISP and his responsibilities include: being an initial point of contact on behalf of ISP, identifying the right founders and products to add to ISP’s investment portfolio, and aligning additional ISP associates to conduct further due diligence. In addition, with his significant mechanical experience and interests, he enjoys contributing to our portfolio partners who have invented mechanical products, and of most interest is the automotive sector which makes up roughly 20% of ISP’s portfolio. Justice’s experience includes positions at Mossy Nissan, Bird, and Del Mar Motors to name a few. He is a UCLA graduate, an Eagle Scout, and a Jujitsu Blue Belt.
