Kyler Wujciga a Project Manager at Ideal Strategic Partners (ISP), where he supports founders in advancing their products from early idea validation through design-for-manufacturability, operational execution, and go-to-market readiness. A graduate of the University of Tampa and former collegiate hockey team captain, Kyler brings a disciplined, team-oriented approach to helping portfolio companies stay focused, accountable, and aligned with their growth milestones.

His leadership experience on and off the ice has shaped his ability to manage complex projects, solve problems under pressure, and bring diverse teams together in pursuit of ambitious goals. At ISP, Kyler combines this leadership and growth mindset with a passion for entrepreneurship—ensuring founders not only have the resources and structure they need, but also the encouragement and confidence to turn bold visions into impactful businesses.

Outside of ISP, Kyler enjoys staying active, mentoring young athletes, and connecting with his community.
